email scam pretending to be RMDRA

I just received an email with an attachment and the following text. I assume that the attachment has a virus or is malware of some type. The email source address is fake also (it said it came from me 
).

Please delete the email without opening the attachment if you receive one. I believe that your computer will be infected if you open it.
