Internet explorer can not open the Internet site operation a

This error started on August 1. If you use Internet Explorer 6 or 7 the web page and the forum would appear to load but then send you an error message "Internet explorer can not open the Internet site operation aborted" and clear the browser. Firefox and other browsers worked just fine.
The error appears to be with the site sitemeter.com that is used to track usage of the site.
On August 2 I have removed the sitemeter code from the web site and forum and logged a support call with sitemeter. Internet Explorer should work correctly now.
