How do I do that?

First you need to find somewhere to host your avatar (picture)

Second you go into your profile and instead of selecting a built in avatar you enter the link to your avatar. in the space provided.

I host mine at MSN since it's easy to sign up, but you definately have to copy and paste the link since it is so long. The link must end in .jpg or .gif.

For instance my avatar is at http://photobucket.com/albums/v732/mxp1l0t/th_eye2.gif If you right click on my avatar and choose properties you will see the link there.

You could use the Rusty demons pictures except that the board is for members only, therefore only members would be able to see your avatar.

Looks like we'll get the opportunity this Saturday! Can't wait. I'll have to get one of those disposables, and try and get some good pics of you in action too!
