How Do I Build A Signature

I looked all over the profile setup page. I see a selection item to show or not show the signature, but I did not see where I actually build the signature.
Help?

YOu can create a signature in the last block of the Profile Information section after you click on the Profile link.

Howdy,
Board Policy includes this new rule:
8. Users must make 10 posts prior to being able to customize their website or signature in their profile.
Signatures are now a privilege for users that participate in the forum. It also helps our fight against spam.

Ok, this should be my 10th post, hope to see access to my signature area...
