2012 RMDRA AGM and BBQ December 6, 2012

We will be holding the 2012 RMDRA Annual general meeting on December 6, 2012 at the Capitol Hill hall. Come by and join us for a free BBQ, tell some stories with old freinds and check out the latest club news and events. There are several positions available so please put your name forward if you are interested. We are looking forward to 2013 as our best year yet! 2013 Memberships will be for sale at the meeting.

Attached is the Agenda for the AGM this Thursday night. We still have some positions on the Executive available.

I'm interested in the minutes from yesterday's meeting since I couldn't be there, will there be a summary posted on the forum?
