Notice of Rocky Mountain Dirt Riders Association annual general meeting.
When: 7 p.m., Thursday, December 3, 2009
Where: Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association Hearth Hall, 1320 5th
Ave. NW, Calgary.
All members are welcome to attend. Hall holds about 100 people.

What will the agenda of this meeting be? Based on date, Im guessing this annual meeting is in substitution of the monthly meeting, so will there be a presentation and prizes and all the usual fun as well? Just wondering!

Association bylaws will be looked at with an eye to, among other things, voting to amend club status to allow for casino fund-raising. Other bylaw issues -- memberships, directorships -- will most likely be addressed and voted on as well.
