I just heard about these gates they have been installing in Colorado to keep ATV and Quads off single tracks. They would be expensive to build.

One of the best traffic control devices we've seen so far and they use cable to route traffic thru the gate. slick

Yes I know, stupidly old thread.
Is there interest in switching over to steel gates like these?
I definitely have the tools and ability to whip a few of these up if we had some places that have had problems with the wooden ones getting ripped out.

I can think of 2 places where if we could get a width control like that installed it would be a great thing.
