Gate in Colorado

Post by TrialsPaul »

I just heard about these gates they have been installing in Colorado to keep ATV and Quads off single tracks. They would be expensive to build.

See page #6 in the following newletter:

One of the best traffic control devices we've seen so far and they use cable to route traffic thru the gate. slick

Yes I know, stupidly old thread.

Is there interest in switching over to steel gates like these?
I definitely have the tools and ability to whip a few of these up if we had some places that have had problems with the wooden ones getting ripped out.

I can think of 2 places where if we could get a width control like that installed it would be a great thing.
