Sad to see that Alces report being referred to as fact already. and also sad that his fine money will likely be funneled back into more bs reports.

On one hand i am glad that they fined that guy. That was completely irresponsible of him and its about time enforcement took care of the few idiots out there. There is one legal crossing in that area and he is not near it
On the other hand, what a blow to all of us with the last 1/2 of the article
