Do these additions to the map make it more understandable?

Proposed Ghost brochure/map text

Post by dirtyboy »

I was asked to put the two attached documents up to see if you could make sense of them and provide constructive criticism.

I believe that the documents are trying to make the Ghost map more understandable for peeps.

Apparently feedback will be accepted until April 8, 2010

poll ended while I was on holidays, but....

Without the visual aid of the map to back the legends up it is a little confusing. I think once compiled into the map it will make more sense. I like the trail width designations that are coming out of the Rec Corridors deisgnations.

It sorta makes sense. Can snowmobiles use the singletrack? That does not make any sense?

No, snowmobiles can not use single track because they don't meet the width requirement, but bikes with tracks can.

I just wish I could get my hands on a brochure/map. The box is always empty... Does anyone know another way of securing one??

i printed maps from SRD on 11" x 17" paper, then "laminated" them with clear packing tape (on both sides). Now i can take them with me and get them wet without wrecking the paper.
