2009 Trail Maintenance log?

Hey I'm just wondering how I put my name down for trail maintenance, how the hours are logged (by time cleaning or total ride?) etc. The groups I was with cleaned Barwell westbound up the the one rocky hill for the most part on Saturday the 23rd (to much snow to push on as we were at the end of our ride), and Ewok today the 24th. There is still one really big tree that needs clearing on Ewok, but chainsaw is required.
