Bill 36 - Alberta Land Stewardship Act - First Reading

Well here it is...the "Alberta Land Stewardship Act" had it's first reading today at the Legislative Assembly of Alberta

I haven't had a chance to read though the entire bill (150 pages) so I'll save my comments until I've gotten a chance to digest it.
