Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a follow up meeting regarding the NOHVCC training. I had thought something was happening in late May but don't remember specifically why I have that impression. I had contacted Rogue and he thought we may have a meeting Tuesday May 26 but I've not seen a post yet to confirm that.

In any case, I'm wondering what the next steps are.

Thanks,
Bark

I think everyone that went to the training should have received a meeting notice. I received this email this morning:

Hi Everyone..

Sorry for the short notice.
The next Ghost Trail Inventory meeting is Tuesday May 26 (tomorrow)
7:00 PM at the West Hillhurst Community Arena (top floor).

We will be discussing our inventory instructions and how to get a placard.

Thanks

Will there be any more training?

I was forced to miss the may 1-3 session due to work. With the ecconomic slow down I am now expecting to have much much more free time available.

If anyone knows of a company needing a robot programmer/quality control manager/welding supervisor/safety coordinator, PM me.

Thanks for posting DB. I know I didn't get that email. Who is hosting/organizing??

With only ONE day's notice they were practically planning for this to fail!!

(yes, I'm a little bit ticked off!)

You can blame me if you need to. It took a little longer then I figured to get all the emails sorted out. I think I still managed to miss a few.

They are not planning for this to fail. It's volunteers. Would you like to organize the meetings moving forward? I know that they were looking for someone to book the meeting location, send out the invitations, make sure no one is missed, make sure all the required equipment is there. Anyone?

If you can't make this meeting then no worries.
The meetings have been about once a month. So we'll get more notice out for next time.

Please try to make this meeting if you can (talking to everyone that took the NOHVCC training).

Thanks for the update, I received the e-mail that Dirtyboy posted about 30 seconds after I posted that question. I should be able to make it.

Thanks,
Bark

OK then - I didn't realize the meeting was a regular monthly thing - I was thinking it was a critical follow up meeting to the training. Sorry if I over reacted!
BTW - I'll pm ya with my email address and hopefully I'll be on the distribution list for the next email.

D.

And, thanks for your work Hendrix.

Please go easy on the J man as he has step up to the plate in a big way and this is only one of many things he has taken on. :applause:
If you would like to help please let me know and we can set up a trust fund for Hendrix13. He might need it to help pay for living cost once his wife realizes how much he has taken on and kicks him out. :smirk:

In the end we are all volunteers and do the best we can, my hats off to you who have help in the past and continue to help both in Mclean and the Ghost. :nworthy: :dblthumb:
Try to remember that these individuals have families and J.O.B.S just like use all. They sacrifices allot of personal time with the people that matter most to getter done!!!!!!! :headbang:

My hat is off to everyone helping out. New guys like me still have a place to ride because of the hard work of others.

Thanks
