Who will be our new Minister?

As far as I can remember, the cabinet gets rotated when a new term in office starts for the government. Wouldn't this mean that Ted Morton will be changing jobs? Anybody know much about this? Certainly this would add a whole new wild card to our war

the new ministers will be announced next week. Eddy has noted that there will be some shuffling to keep it interesting
