Land-use Framework Working Group Participants:
As you know, the Government of Alberta is developing a cumulative effects management framework. This work is closely tied to the development of the Land-use Framework. The cumulative effects framework proposal is described in a policy paper which can be found at http://www.environment.alberta.ca/1931.html . At the same site there is a response form. You should have received notification previously.
The consultation period for the policy paper ends at the end of November. We are particularly interested in the views of the land-use framework participants, as you have all thought long and hard about many of these issues. Please take the time to read the paper and provide comments, either using the response form or by email or letter. Contact information is at the end of the document.
Thanks for your help!

Link...
The link doesn't work because it includes a period from the end of the sentence.
You can either click the link, and then in the URL on your web browser delete the period at the end, and refresh, or
use this link:

Cheers.

Ok.
i read it.
Its a lot of ideas but no real framework. Political grandstanding if you will.
i really do not see concrete solutions.
i also do not see any real references to Recreation; specifically Motorized.
Maybe i read it too quickly?
i did get this out of it though. MULTI stakeholders will HAVE to work TOGETHER to make this 'idea' sustainable.
So, can we all work together without selling out each other behind closed doors?
