A little context...

Post by AJRJ »

The next time your friends or neighbours (maybe even you) want to talk about impropriety south of the border, here's some food for thought:

https://business.financialpost.com/opin ... government

This is yet another article that sees little press or publicity in comparison to celebrity college intake scams or tweets of questionable intelligence. The international sabotage (unlike the Russian interference) is alive and well in Canada, as well as international election meddling, and a systematic attempt to cripple an industry.

Probably the most disturbing part, for me anyways, seems to be the general apathy by Canadians to their neighbours well being. Whether it's a cross border attack on a wine or pipeline industry, or the removal of wealth from the West there are more than a few examples. Seems like not a very Canadian thing to do after all. Maybe secretly we're not so nice or quick to apologize after all...
