No-Toil Filter Treatment

Post by cedric »

Anybody using this stuff? I just picked up a new filter and the oil and cleaner, looking forward to cleaning my filter in a bucket of hot water instead of a bunch of nasty solvent.

I'm wondering what the trick is with the sealing ring, I always used to put grease around the seal, what should I do now, just leave it with the oil on it?

Have any No-Toil tips for a newb?

Wear rubber gloves the oil is even worse to get off then the other type's of oil. There is also no-toil grease that you put on the lip I thought it usally came with the kit.
