Bike Registration

Post by scubarusteve »

i have a 1995 Kawasaki kx250 that i want to try to register for the bush. I have gone the the registry and this bike apparently has never been registered so the Vin isn't accepted. Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks!

I've ran into that. They needed bill of sale with the vin on it and I had to take the bike to the registry so they could physically verify the vin.

I went through this with my boys KLX.

I tried 2 registries that denied it. Then Went to AMA with the wife and they put it through. Once we made it very clear to them it was OHV only it was no issue at all putting it through.

Go to RiverBend Registries tell them that the bike was never registered because it was used exclusively on private land, they'll happily give you registration.
