Little black O-ring? carb 36mm pwk 2015 300xcw

Can't see that well up close so need some help with little carb parts.
2015 300 xcw stock carb is Keihin 36S AG
I removed pilot jet, starter jet, needle and main jet.
1) After cleaning my carb I found a little black O-ring in the bucket of gasoline. Anyone know where it goes?
I did not remove the jet block.
2) Also a spring which came from the Air screw came with a metal washer about the size of the O-ring, I'm guessing that metal washer was also on the air screw on the knob side from the spring.
