I use:

3 tire spoons
3 or 4 long tire irons with the curve on one end.
A regular tire changing stand that will secure the wheel

There are tire stands made for using with bib mousse but it's not that necessary.

The tire change ends up the same, that you need to be smarter than the tire (ie. get the bead dropped into the rim so that you can get the other side over the rim without damaging the bead)

There are good videos on youtube showing techniques also.

Simple floor tire changer with a bead breaker and 3 of the longer Irons with the cured ends makes it very dooable. The bead breaker helps get the tire near the drop center. Make sure the the moose is proper size for your tire otherwise it will pop off or you will never get it on. If you struggle at all with a regular tube you have poor technique and a bib will really frustrate you.

I have this
http://www.wikco.biz/mc110.200.htm
I drilled a couple female lags into my garage floor to mount it and store it in the garden shed when not in use.
Nice working height, no more kneeling on the ground. Easy to install bibs/tubes on any motorcycle tire.
