Dirt Bike Mechanic

Post by ricarvar »

Hi Guys,

I hope not to be asking for "Mr. Right"... but here it goes:

I'm looking for a really good (very efficient), proven, reliable, EXPERIENCED mechanic for fine-tuning and troubleshooting (old/previous technology) dirt bikes.

Please, don't take me wrong... but I want to avoid the potential of paying shop fees for just a temporarily improvement, a complete over-haul as a solution to a problem/challenge or trial-and-error... as money is pretty short in this economy. :crybaby:

Someone who successfully and consistently tackles the challenges of carburetor and engine tuning and performance (clutch, brakes, set-up, etc.) with interest rather than as a pain in the back. Who doesn't mind teaching the rider where the problems were/are and how to solve them... a guy who teams-up with you rather than superficial sort of treatment... and if I can top-it-up... has a reasonable rate.

Any suggestions?... contact info?...other?

Thanks a lot !
