Well I might have jumped the gun blaming the Tubliss system. Again, this is a new to me bike, so I jumped to an assumption that it wasn't sealing properly. In fact, it was a carcass puncture. I plugged it like a car tire and it seems to be holding, but I haven't had the chance to take it for a ride. If it doesn't work I'll put some Gel polymer with Lost Circulation Material in there.
