Hi All, anyone have ideas on the best way to set up a Toyhauler garage for dirt bikes? We have 4 dirt bikes (two full size and two mini).
From time we may also put a side x side in it.
The garage is between 11 and 12ft in length.
Cheers

Re: Tow Hauler Garage Set Up
I would recommend installing 4 or 5 8 foot lengths of aircraft style L-track. This will allow multiple tie down configurations for all your bikes and future bikes as the kids get older. It isn't cheap but is, in my mind, worthwhile if you plan to keep the rv for a long time. The anchors are easy to position and there are a variety styles/streghts available on sites like amazon for a fair price.
I don't recommend using the cheaper E-track since it quickly traps dirt between the slots and is near impossible to get that dirt back out.
I order my L-track from this site and have it shipped to the boarder for pickup when i go to Kook.

Re: Tow Hauler Garage Set Up
I bought this rack system (link below). It allows for 5 bikes in our toy hauler garage and does it with a PW50 to a KTM 300. We were able to use the stock tie-down rings at the front of the garage allowing for lots of room behind the bikes. I am planning to move the bar further back into the trailer this year to accommodate some cabinets at the front for more kid sludge....

Re: Tow Hauler Garage Set Up
I have e track and I keep it clean with one of these :
http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/worx- ... p.html#srp
It is an indispensable toy hauler tool - I blow the garage out every time I unload.
We use three chocks and one bike sideways at the back, but we only have a 9' garage. There is a neat e-track based chock fabricated in edmonton that let's you move the chocks around. Hard to explain, but slick. I dream of trying it - text me if interested.

I called Acklands a bit back and they have the 100' L track strips in stock, and the prices seemed comparable to x-border shopping.
https://www.acklandsgrainger.com/en/product/p/KDN15546?
They don't however, have much for the corresponding tie downs.

Looks pretty similar. I got mine on sale at CT but I still paid more than that! Stihl also makes some, this is cheapest http://m.en.stihl.ca/STIHL-Products/STI ... GA-45.aspxdirtyboy wrote: Great idea but CT, their CT money and their app drive me crazy.

For as often as it gets used the cheaper the better. Mine probably only gets charged three or four times a season.
