Really like the PHDS with the soft green dampers. Only bummer is my Ohlins steering damper won't fit - not even close, so moding is not an option. :crybaby:

Steve-o I removed about 2-3mm from the corner of the bottom. I can take a picture of the clamps on the bike if you want. I considered removing the Scotts material where the mounting bolts go in but at the last minute I realized that the allen bolt would be in there and probably be in the way.

I think the clamps look over designed so I'm not worried about the clamps breaking (knock on wood). :D

I'm interested in these and am enjoying the tutorial. I don't run a damper, but do have the fastway hand guard mounts that replace the stock top part of the clamp. I like their solid mounting, but realize they won't be compatible. What's the best way to hold the triple clamp end of your bark busters now?

I have the new SD version. I don't believe Ohlins still makes the older Scott style.

Here are my the pictures of my clamps around the Scotts stabilizer. Tough to see without diss-assembly.

Will these mounts work with a GPR sub mount?

Would you be able to use handle bar pinch clamp bark buster mounts with these things (like the Bonz, for example)? I suspect not but thought I'd ask.

Thanks,
Aaron

Wont work with Bonz mounts unless you have a CNC machine.

I don't know about the GPR firsthand, however I'm guessing not without some "clearancing"
