Re: New CTi patella cup
dropped mine off a few weeks back for a full refurb and this is what they looked like when they came back. The new knee protection is amazing. It actually has padding on the inside, not a layer of fabric....
Re: New CTi patella cup
How do they attach to the brace? Hopefully not with the stretchy loop around the hinge like the old ones. Look pretty sweet though, have to get mine in.

Yup, just got mine. Same loops, Velcro tap on the bottom and two straps on top. I haven't used them yet but they seem pretty good.

Re: New CTi patella cup
solidly strapped on. There is no worry of that badboy getting out of alignment.
Sadly, the cost of the refurb is high at ~$500. Mine were 10 yrs old, had play in the hinges, straps were toast and paint was worn off them. They replaced everything on these, updated the patella cup for that price and even repainted them. They even replaced all the foam on the inside of the brace that is glued in (updated versions), gave me a new carrying bag, knee socks and two sheets of stickers.
