These are a full circumference rim lock which secures the complete tire bead to the rim. It allows you to run with a low tire pressure and have no risk of pinch flats. Ive ended up with one of these in my inventory. I am looking to sell the one I have, but hopefully to someone who will be willing to give me some feedback! We are looking at carrying these in our inventory, so I would be interested in any concerns/experiences. The cost is $135.50.
Some of the listed benefits are:
*less weight (about a lb on the rotation, which "experts" say is like dropping 5 lbs of static weight)
*easier tire changes (no pinches tubes)
*virtually flat proof (when used with sealant)
*rim protection (tire sidewalls stay upright)
If anyone has an opinion or thought I would welcome it.
If you want to see it stop by for a visit!
Thanks very much
Allison

Re: TUBLISS CORE-sold
This one is sold, it was an 18" .
I can get more, its not a problem at this time (they are often back ordered).
Has any one already used one of these? Ive yet to hear much about their performance.
