Are any of the Gas Gas bikes road legal here? What's the difference between an EC300 and DE300?

I cannot sell them to you as street legal but they do come with everything you need on it, turn signals, horn, Hi-lo halogen headlight, mirrors, brake lights, speedo, etc..
You can try to do it others have and were successful. The EC comes with everything I just mentioned, the DE is a stripped down version that comes with a headlight and speedo only.
