Spinalguy May/June Newsletter

Post by Spinalguy »

Hello everyone.
http://spinalguy.com/wp-content/uploads ... e-2019.pdf
Whew! It was a chaotic first 3 weeks in the new location, but we are settled in and really enjoying the new venue. Thank you to Kailey and Tracy for helping the transition be smoother.
Some highlights in the plaza are a pub that has really good food and highly recommended, The Coach and Horse.
Kinjo’s is a Japanese restaurant that does not disappoint!
Starbucks is Starbucks and just a walk away.
We like the vibrancy of an office with 4 other practitioners. Dr. Lisa is the concussion guru. Karla and Tiffany are both very good massage therapists that I refer to regularly now. Gordon runs a homeopathic clinic here and has quite the following over a long career.
This newsletter has Kailey taking us on a journey for healthy ice cream, isn’t that an oxymoron? Also, some info on the merits of exercise on stress, as well as benefits of Chiropractic for back pain during pregnancy.
We are on Summer hours now as follows:
Mon 8am-noon and 3-7pm
Tues 3-7pm
Wed 8am-noon and 3-7pm
Thurs 3-7pm
Fri 8am-noon
Chiropractically yours,
Doc Tom
