Bend it like Beckham...
World Cup Soccer is upon us, not quite like watching a hockey game, but to see the elite play their hearts out for their country does resemble the World Cup Hockey Tournaments in that respect.
In this issue, we discuss a different type of bending...spines.

Finally got back on a bike albeit a big bike and joined some hooligans at Maclean. Sadly, my thumb is not up to the task yet.

A reminder that Alberta Blue Cross for Seniors is back to full benefits of $25 per visit and up to $200 in total. Every Senior Albertan has this opportunity to use these funds for Chiropractic services only.
