‘Hello everyone. Well we made it through another winter month, only 5 more months to go before we get back to Winter!
Boo.
Yes, this has been a winter to remember...err...forget. But, i did see some green things sprouting in my garden this week, so Spring is arriving.’
Our clinic has been busy with many new patients discovering the benefits of Chiropractic care, thank you for the referrals.
We saw quite an influx of dogs last month coming in for various hip and pelvis strains.

Before you tackle every overdue outdoor project, perhaps this is the year to not do it all on one weekend, space it out, your yard will still be there and growth is still happening even in spite of not accomplishing everything in one weekend. The body has less chance of injury if it is prepared for the chores ahead by easing into them.
