Hello November!
Thank you to all that donated new socks for the sock drive. Many homeless folks will appreciate the gesture. We will still accept them until the middle of the month!
Again, there is a push on social media to refrain from Christmas decorations until Remembrance Day has passed, I support that.
In this newsletter, we explore strategies on sitting as it is very much what many workers now do all day and then at night when they get home.
Our Hours:
Monday 8-noon and 3-7p
Tuesday 3-7p
Wednesday 8-noon and 3-7p
Thursday closed
Friday 8-noon and 3-6p
Saturdays 9-noon (phone as we are open 2 Saturdays a month)
Enjoy
Chiropractically yours,
Doc Tom

Re: Spinalguy Newsletter November 2016
October and Thanksgiving is Bucket List Adventures. This year i went to Florida (delayed 36 hours and kicked out my beach hotel due to Hurricane Matthew) but i did get there and stayed in Deerfield Beach area. The hurricane mostly missed Miami and that part of the coast so my bucket list was intact.
i am a big fan of college football and my favorite team is Florida State Seminoles. They were playing Miami U in Miami on the Sat night primetime game.
i went, it was amazing. 72,000 fans of which 68,000 were Miami fans. The lower bowl which holds 25,000? stood the entire game, my legs hurt after the game. ha. FSU won with a point after attempt blocking.
Went to the Dolphins game Sunday. Great bucket list adventure...
