Spinalguy Newsletter December 2015

Post by Spinalguy »

Hello December!
In this newsletter, we look at minimizing impacts from snow shoveling.
Also, we introduce a different technique that Chiropractors utilize. I have been fortunate over the last 18 years to not pigeonhole myself into a ‘one size fits all’ approach in taking care of humans and animals with health issues.
I do utilize some classic chiropractic techniques that often involve ‘cracking, twisting and popping’, however; I also use another technique that involves none of that and instead uses a very gentle ‘no noises’ approach. The best news I can share over 18 years of utilizing many different techniques, is that the results do not vary. So, if you are someone that is afraid to go see a Chiropractor, consider finding a Chiropractor that adheres to a strict Activator protocol.
