Hello November!
Thank you to all that donated new socks for the sock drive. Many homeless folks will appreciate the gesture.
I see there is a push on social media to refrain from Christmas decorations until Remembrance Day has passed, I support that.
In this newsletter, Winter Riding is addressed. Also, stress is looked at, as the main culprit behind us getting sick. This may seem like a petty suggestion, but it is something I have done forever. Next time you think/feel you are getting sick and/or a cold try stating emphatically this mantra...
“I am getting healthy, I am getting healthy” as opposed to what we normally state, “I am getting sick, I am getting a cold”.

cool photos. And a nice piece on stress. The way the O&G industry is right now there are a lot of us on here living through the day to day stress of surviving this downturn intact.

Thanks Geoff. Sadly, the 950 saw very little seat time this season.AJRJ wrote:Nice pics Tom. Taken any with the 950 lately?

Its tuff out there on lots of O&G folks and the trickle down effect to many others that prospered from O&G folks spending habits.Dobi wrote:cool photos. And a nice piece on stress. Stress is a health killer. Throw in Christmas which stresses everyone (whether we love it or hate the season) and its the perfect storm to get sick.
Cheers.
