CNC plasma cutting

Post by WRocks »

I have a Torchmate 4'x4' plasma table and can cut material (steel, stainless, aluminum) up to 3/4" thick.
If you have anything you'd like to cut on it (ie artwork, signs, brackets, etc) let me know.

I prefer you supply material (if I don't have it on hand) and a dimensioned drawing (for brackets) or a PDF (for artistic/sign work).
My girlfriend is a graphic designer with all the Adobe software, so can help out if needed.
Pricing dependant on material type/thickness and time it takes to draft up, But am certain I will be much better than the fab shops.
Looking for some projects to cut out on it...

Cheers,

Is that 3/4" clean or sever? I need to get some 3/4" cut but it needs to be clean.

A sign I recently cut out, blasted and painted for friend of mine.

My spouse is a graphic designer, so can do all the font and graphic elements. This sign took ~2 hours to design from scratch.

Introductory price for a custom sign is $120 for up to 12"x24" size cut from 1/8" mild steel, including design (up to 2 hours) and sand-blasting. If you want a second one (exact same size/design) is $60.
You spray paint it at home or have it powder coated.

Larger sizes up to 48"x48" are also available, but I cannot blast them at home (won’t fit in my cabinet). Base price will be $60/sq-ft including (1 hr design time per sq-ft) and if desired blasting/painting/powder coating at cost+20%.

House numbers also available for $15/each in any font up to 6"x6", supplied blasted and unpainted.

Custom drafting/cutting of brackets in aluminum or steel also availible on a quote basis.
