CCR Sport Pro Rack for dirt bikes, 60" model for full size pick up truck. Includes two wheel chocks, three tie down hooks and hardware to install into the front of the box of a full size pick up. This is an adjustable dirt bike rack that bolts into the front of the bed - on my GMC Sierra it used existing hole but it also comes with some sort of mount kit that I didn't use. You could saw it off and bolt it to a quarter ton too.
