Real leather couch and chair...SOLD!!!

My wife and i have decided to change colors in furniture so my pride and joy couch and chair are for sale. They are Black and made by SEALY. The leather is 'claw resistant'. There are no tears or rips, very, very solid!
Heavy too.
We would like to get $700 obo for the pair.
