2009 KTM 300xc

Post by MrSame »

Gent's

I am moving my family to Houston Texas and am going to sell our bikes before we go. Unfortunately we will be living in the city and will have to say goodbye to awesome mountain riding.

2009 KTM 300XC
Asking $5500
This bike is in great shape and has been maintained very well. It has bark Busters, Scott's steering stabilizer and a few odd's and end's for extra parts such as air filters and spark plugs. This bike has 124 hours on it and is still as strong as it was at 80 hours. I have always run AmsOil dominator in the gas. The gear oil was changed after every weekend of riding. This bike has not been run hard. I bought it off a friend who get's new bikes yearly. I rode it less than 10 times a season and I am not an advanced rider that is hard on bikes. I would have kept this bike for a very long time if I was not moving.

This year it received:
-front and rear Tubliss system
-Rear excell rim and spokes
-front and rear tires
-Rebuilt rear brake
-front and rear brake pads
-front and rear wheel bearings
-front and rear sprocket's and chain
-Evoa 4 cell Ballistics battery
-100% rebuilt suspension front and back by pro action in Airdrie. Setup for intermediate rider, 210#, Single track. (Amazing ride) I also have a lighter rear progressive spring that comes with the bike.
-new swing arm bearings
-All new brake fluids and clutch fluid.

Now for the things I was planing on replacing after this riding season. I will not do these fixes I just want you to know all things about this bike. The electric start moter needs a rebuild (Big Surprise here). I have not replaced the side plastics and they have had their share of abuse. They are not broke just scratched up a bit. Front and rear fender are like new. The rads work great but they have has 4 years of wear. They do not have to be replaced but it was on my todo list at the end of the season. Same goes for the pipe. It was bumped up a bit when I bought it in 2010. I did not want to replace it until I did it in for good but that day has not came yet. Once again it does not need to be replaced but it was on my todo list. The seat cover has a few tears in it. Those are all the "Issues" you will see when you come to see it.

This bike won't disappoint.
