Skidplate for Yamaha

Post by dirtyboy »

Aluminum skidplate. Full wrap around mounts on factory mount points. Fits 2001-2006 YZ or WR250F. Doesn't fit the aluminum frame model.

Good condition but experienced. $20

If it will fit my 02 WR426, i'll take it. Do you have the make/model info so I can check or do you know it's only for 250's?

thanks

I'm not sure if its a White Bros or MSR or Moose. I bought it for my 2001 YZ250F and then used it on my WRs. I notice that Flatland lists a different part number 01 YZ250 and 03 WR250. I had to bend the left side out slightly to clear the starter motor when I put on on my WR.

Might have to try it to see if it would fit in this case. Probably if the 3 bolt holes matched it be good. Does the 250F and 426F have the same frame (bottom part when the engine mounts)?

I'll see if I can find out about the frames, otherwise we'll have to hook up for a ride and see.

I think in your other post you said you still had this skidplate, do you? If so I am interested as long as it will fit my 2006. Let me know.

Where roughly are you located?

Thanks

Yes I still have it. I think it will fit a 2006. I'm in Calgary. I'll be at McLean next weekend.
