TPS Adjustment Tool

Post by axel99 »

I built a couple these that will work for the
- KTM SXF (2016+)
- KTM XCF (2016+)
- KTM SXF Factory Edition
- KTM 350 EXC (2017+)
- Husqvarna FC (2016+)

This is a plug and play solutions inspired by the penny tech post by cedric viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12067

No need for a 5v power supply, just plug inline with the TPS and connect your multimeter to the orange and black leads to get a reading. You can start the bike with the tool connected, play with the idle adjustment or even ride the bike. The white wire can be used to supply a 5v control voltage, if you only connect one end of the tool directly to the TPS(not what I recommend for various reasons), better to use the actual reference voltage generated by the ECU on the bike

I am asking $20

I only have 2 units and one is tentative sale

The 2 TPS tools I had are gone. I will likely be making another parts order in the spring, so shoot me a PM if you one before the riding season.
