Park Tools TS-8 wheel truing stand for sale - In great shape and works well. $150 new - I'd like $75 for it.

I'm looking for front and back wheels to be trued for an out of province inspection.
Whoever bought this do you offer that service or can anyone help me out? Bike is a kawasaki KE100. I can take the wheels off and deliver to you and am happy to pay the going rate for the service.
