Racehorse Creek access

Post by WRocks »

Planning on heading to Racehorse Creek this coming weekend. The question is can you get in there?
I would assume the road through the gap is washed out, but think it should be accessible coming from Coleman heading north on the trunk road.
If anyone knows, please post...

Apparently, the Gap is open all the way down the trunk road to Coleman so that makes Race Horse Creek a go as well as Dutch Creek...But I would call Kananaskis Gap fire station before heading out just to make sure with the latest crazy stuff going on.

This is what I got from another guy on a diff forum.

"And on the alberta side racehorse, oldman , dutch creek are all open. Ftr from coleman north to livingstone falls is open and by friday north to the hump should be open.
Ugly washouts on 532 or the hump so who knows when that is open.
517 or the gap road is open as well. "
