I believe this is the most recent map of what's open for riding.
I use Avenza Maps while I'm riding to help make sure I'm on a open trail, they're not marked very well yet.
Beaver Creek Staging area is at the south end of the map.
Hope my attachment works

I've never ridden at Porcupine and intend to go there soon with another rider who's not been to Porcupine. We'll be riding the bike trails and have the latest Georeferenced maps.

Question is: which trails are the holy sh*t trails? I'd prefer to start off with relatively simple trails. E.g. no trails that are similar to the top of Swany's. Nothing more challenging than Stallions.

None of the legal trails are difficult IMO.
You will find them flowy and in alot of cases more open than Mclean singletrack.
Not as beaten up either.
There are no mud holes or quad traps to worry about either

Hey guys, wre the old trails still ride-able? I've not been out since the NDP marked out designated trails and would like to spend a couple weeks out there. I figure the designated trails will be good for my daughter and granddaughter but don't look all that challenging. I used to ride at porks years ago and there was some really good, gnarly gems.

Only been there once this year.
Trails are all rideable.
Some have alot of blow down....
"Legal" trails aren't exactly easy to follow.
And to be honest I bet alot of people are riding wherever :)
