Rocky Mountain Dirt Riders

Looking for any info on the current conditions out at Maclean.

I'm REALLY hoping to get out for a ride tomorrow, but not if it's going to be snow covered and/or crazy muddy.

Any info greatly appreciated.

I was out getting firewood today (Sat) at MacLean, light cover of snow still on the ground and what I saw looked a bit muddy.

Was planing to get out on the bike Sunday but now I'm not so sure.

I went out yesterday. Most of the trails are snow covered and icy when packed. There are some clear areas where the sun can get to the trails and the ground isn't frozen or wet.

With my worn front tire and a trials tire on the rear, it was a tough day for me. Like riding on ball bearings lol.

Still rideable if you've got good tires or more skill than me, but I'd say that was my last day unless we get some real good weather to dry things up.

If anyone goes out Saturday hopefully they can give a report as well. may want to take a trip there or indian graves.

What do you guys think about this Sat?

Have conditions dried up a bit?

I'd love to know too, thinking about trying again on Sunday.

Rode "Dark side of Swannys" Fri afternoon and couldn't buy a snowfake or ice on the ground anywhere with amazing trail conditions rarely seen end of October , probly last chance this weekend !
