North Fork, Deadmans, and Racehorse Pass Legal?

Does anyone know if any of the subject passes are still legal? I notice they still show up on some maps, but don't want to get caught somewhere illegal. Planning on a dual sport trip.

Pretty certain that all 3 are open to OHVs on the AB side, but things get a bit trickier on the BC side with seasonal closures. Best bet is to check in with the CO in the Fernie ESD office to get latest intel for the BC side. There is also this site with some info:
