Anyone been out since the snow? Is it stud weather yet?

I checked out McLean today and could of used studs for sure. If it warms up for a few days it should help but will be sloppy.

Looks like 10'C this weekend out there, and mostly above 10 all next week. Should be good without the shoulder season tires for a bit longer.

I'm headed to McLean with a beginner this weekend, unsure of where the dry spots and easier single track would be. Can anyone give me some advice so we don't go mud bogging?

Your best bet would be the NE section of McLean

Rode the NE quadrant of McLean last night and it was muddy. Little snow everywhere but mostly on the north side of hills. Hopefully it will melt more by the weekend.

Was out in McLean on Saturday and aside from some icy sections in the shady areas, trails were in excellent shape. Hoping to make it back out this week!
