Wanted: Scotts Damper Bolt on Kit (over the bar mount)

I'm looking to see if anyone has a Bolt on Kit for the Scott's Damper (KTM 300xc 2012). This allows you to mount the damper over the bars.

Also, I currently have a submount kit (under the bars) if anyone would want to trade.
