Probably won't help you, but I've got the next size up, 4.8 N/mm that I installed last fall on my '18 500 EXC-F (209-231 lb.).
I've shed 20 lbs over the winter, and am hoping to shed another 10 before riding season
so my hope is to go back to the stock springs.
Picked mine up from Slaven's Racing last fall as well as the same weight range for the shock.

My bad, I just realized, I believe my forks: the WP XPLOR 48's are open chamber? So these really wouldn't work for you anyway.
