Wanted: Renthal Fatbar clamps (w/ rise preferred)

Anyone have fatbar clamps for sale or know where I can get a good deal on some for the Renthal Hi-CR Fatbar. I would prefer clamps that add some rise but will consider regular height ones as well.

Brad, I got my 1 1/8" clamps from Walts for ~$50. They are the Moose ones and come with the bar pad as well, and I think they raise the bars an additional 3/4 inch.
