Thanks for the support thrityseven! Last years race went off so well because we had so many helpers come out. It was pretty exciting to see so many guys out there clearing trail and setting up ribbons.
I am planning on camping at Fisher Creek staging area on July 1- 3 for the Hare Scrambles set up. We will need people to help with ribboning and coarse clearing. On the 2nd we will have burgers and drinks and should have a great time throughout the whole weekend....slip away for a couple fun rides.
So post a reply if you want to be a volunteer.
I will be checking this forum once or twice a week (not per day).

I'd like to help with course setup again this year. It was a lot of hard work last year but it paid off. And we had some fun too!

I will be available to volunteer the weekend of the race. My wife would also be interested. Unfortunately I won't be available the long weekend prior for course setup.

How was the Party for Marty? I missed it for my anniversary with my wife this last weekend. We were in Edmonton, way to close to all the Oil fans. So I guess we have a bunch of Sausages and burgers already stored up for the set up weekend, they were left over from the party. All I need to get now are some tasty libations.
I think one of the prerequisates for a volunteer is that you MUST test ride the coarse. Dirt bike riding will be neccessary.
