Fallen Timber Cross Country
Fallen Timber Cross Country
I see that there is a Cross Country added to the schedule in August. Is this a points event?

Cmrc, it's been there since the sched was up. You won't get points though, just a big gold star for participating!

37 is correct in that it's been on the schedule since day one, but intially it was listed as a race in McLean Creek so I see why you think it's new. It's a full CMRC dealio so points are awarded and now that I know gold stars are being handed out I'll be in for sure!thirtyseven wrote:Cmrc, it's been there since the sched was up. hmm wonder why not in mclean this year. But cool another race in hunter!
Hope they keep it to the west, the new east side is way too soft and wet for any huge traffic to go threw there. til the frost sets in thats for sure.
Razrback & Razrbacks @$$ and its ridge to water valley are the only sustainable trails right now ive ridden that are hardpack and could handle a beating to smooth out the rocks.

- The designated trails in McLean get too pounded
Getting permission to open up and ride some old existing trails is a great opportunity.
Possibly the first step to getting another loop on the Ghost map.
There is a lot of trail clearing to be done in the area before we can even get around. I am organizing clearing days in the members section of this forum because our insurance covers RMDRA members. PM me if you want to organize a trail crew, or check the RMDRA members forum if you are a member.
